Reporting a problem? Include this
To fix things fast, please include:
- The Instagram link you tried to download
- What device and browser you’re using (e.g. iPhone / Safari, Android / Chrome, Windows / Edge)
- What happened — the exact error or behavior you saw
Nine times out of ten, a “broken” link is a private account, a deleted post, or a profile link pasted instead of the post’s own link — but send it anyway and we’ll check.
How fast we reply
We aim to answer every message within 2 business days. Real humans, no ticket bots.
Business and partnership inquiries
Running a blog, a tool directory, or a publication and want to feature or integrate the downloader? We welcome legitimate partnerships — guest-post pitches, tool listings, API-free embeds. Send the details to the same address with “Partnership” in the subject line. We don’t do paid link schemes or spam outreach, and we don’t reply to those.
What we can’t help with
- Downloading from private accounts — technically impossible for any legitimate tool, so there’s nothing to troubleshoot.
- Recovering deleted posts — once Instagram removes it, it’s gone for everyone.
- Account or password issues on Instagram itself — that’s Meta’s support, not ours.
