Terms of Service

*Last updated: October 2026*

Using the tool

This is a free web tool for downloading public Instagram videos, reels, and photos to your own device. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and only for content you have the right to access.

Personal, lawful use

  • ✅ Downloading for personal offline viewing
  • ✅ Backing up your own posts
  • ✅ Saving content you have permission to keep
  • ❌ Re-uploading someone else’s content as your own
  • ❌ Using downloads in ads or commercial projects without the creator’s permission
  • ❌ Anything that violates copyright law or Instagram’s terms

Creators own their work. If you’re unsure, credit them — or ask.

What you must not do

  • Abuse the service. No automated scraping, botting, or hammering the tool with scripted requests. It’s built for humans pasting links, not for bulk extraction pipelines.
  • Misrepresent the tool. Don’t resell access to it or present it as your own service.
  • Try to break it. No probing for vulnerabilities, no attempts to access other users’ data (there isn’t any — but don’t try).

We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks automated or abusive, without notice. Normal human use is never affected.

Service availability

The tool is provided as-is, free of charge. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability — Instagram changes things, servers hiccup. If something breaks, tell us via the Contact page and we’ll fix it as fast as we can.

Changes to the service

We may add features, change how the tool works behind the scenes, or discontinue parts of the service. Because it’s free, there’s no refund question — but we’ll always try to keep the core downloader working and free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Continuing to use the tool after changes means you accept them.
